We specialize in troubleshooting and with our up to date equipment and many hours of training, we can purposefully solve your breakdown.
Our diagnosis costs €120 including VAT per hour. We often get asked why our diagnostic cost is higher than other garages and the answer is simple. We have trained technicians in-house who can troubleshoot failures, and in the process we also invest significantly in training and equipment to resolve failures quickly and specifically. Too often we experience cars that are presented to us for diagnosis that have not been fixed but mostly new parts have been replaced without solving the problem. These repairs regularly exceed €1,000.
We are dealer equipped with our diagnostic systems for the manufacturers listed below which means we can do all necessary software updates, programming, coding and learning procedures(headlights, ECUs, other modules) just like the dealer. We are then in Online connection with the manufacturers’ servers and we are therefore not dependent on dealers for these services. We also offer these services to fellow car dealerships in our area that do not have these capabilities and because we also often have availability on shorter notice than the dealerships.
It is important to perform regular auto diagnostics to ensure that you do not have to make unnecessary repairs. With a car diagnosis, you may still be able to prevent major repairs with simple maintenance.
These are NOT universal passthru services, we use official dealer hardware.
We do not perform updates if there is no reason to do so. Only known updates against known problems are performed.
